Tonight’s yoga really started to feel like my body knew where it wanted to head back to. I was able to keep up for more of the class and all the familiar snap crackle and pops have returned. I am not back to where I was before the move but I am confident by the end of this round of classes I will be very close. Since I have super sweaty feet I decided that I should finally try out the awesome yoga socks that KMAKrafts got for me during our yoga swap over the summer. They were really helpful for poses like downward dog and the various lunges. Normally in those poses my feet start to slide down the mat which doesn’t so much help me with holding poses. 🙂 I will definitely have to make sure I wear these for every class. I also need to wash my stinky stinky mat! Streeeeeetch. Ahh my back feels good. Namaste!
