I find this article to be of grave social concern. When will the corporate world realize that the human was not designed to commute two hours, work four hours, mabye eat, work another four or five hours and then commute another two hours home? Such a lifestyle equals either a. no life or b. no sleep, both of which tend to make the human being cranky and depressive. I give you exhibit a – me. Perhaps at some point the corporate world will realize this and really buy into telecommuting, especially for industries where one does not meet with clients on a regular basis and when one is in the office their main task is surfing the web without getting caught. Just an idea. Perhap some day my dreams will come true, until then… catch me if you can.
